This one, which I've been tinkering with for a few years now, has finally reached a place I'm totally comfortable sharing it at, so it's here and it's only going to get better. If you don't have chocolate in your house, or if you don't want to make this for a crowd, use dark chocolate for the center layer and top with some chopped toasted pecans. The combo of cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and heavy cream gives it a nice creaminess, so you don't need to use as much chocolate as you would for a traditional pot de crème. Plus, you can add things like spices, other nuts, berries, or your favorite jam. This recipe is super flexible, but a bit different than the original recipe.
